Meagan is excited to be returning to teach at HIP Dance Company for her 3rd year. Prior to teaching at HIP, Meagan taught at her childhood studio teaching preschool dance, jazz, tumbling, and cheerleading for over 15 years, where she also danced until 2020. Along with studio dance, she was a high school cheerleader and served as a Captain/Officer for 3 years.
Meagan graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Studies. Outside of the studio, she continues to use her teaching skills and is a Program Specialist of State Child Care Assistance for the State of Utah supporting employees for the Department of Workforce Services.
When she is not an instructor, she and her husband enjoy spending time cheering on their two kids (Gracie and Blake).
Meagan loves teaching and watching her students succeed. She is excited to be back at HIP Dance Company for another great year working with young dancers in the recreation and company programs.
