Calendar Events:

Hip Wear:
Our new Hip wear merchandise is available to order from our online store. (https://stores.inksoft.com/hip_dance/shop/home) Sample sizes are  now available in the office. Please make sure you order the correct size. We will not be able to exchange sizes. All orders and payment will be online only and must be received by Monday, Nov.12th to ensure delivery the week of Dec. 10th-14th. These items make great Christmas gifts! We will also have back packs available. These are not in the online store. They will be on display at the studio. They are $35 with your dancers name embroidered. Orders and payment need to be received by Nov. 12th.

Costumes:
More Hip Hop costumes will be arriving towards the end of this month or beginning of next. Please when you receive them have your dancer put their names inside everything. Hip Hop costumes are very hard to be replaced!  Every dancer should have their shoes by Nov. 19th and passed off with their instructor. All accounts must be current in order for costumes to go home with your dancer.

Reminders:
We understand there are always a lot of activities going on around the holidays, however, please be mindful how important it is for your child to be in class at this time as all teachers are busy rehearsing for our upcoming performance.

Service Project:
This year we have a great opportunity to help a local elementary school! We will be collecting Christmas Pajamas, Christmas books, and cash donations for Happy Meals as an entire studio!  We are hoping to collect 66 of each. I will have sizes of pajamas we need next week. We will ask for all donations by Dec. 14th. Then at our Pancakes and Pajama party on Dec. 15th we will wrap the pajamas and books together. On Dec. 20th at 11:30am any dancer or parent who would like to come we will be purchasing Happy Meals for the entire 2nd grade. Wear your Christmas Pajamas as the kids will be wearing theirs and we will share Christmas stories and eat lunch with them I realize most dancers will still be in school but I am hoping you would be willing to check them out to participate. The teachers at the elementary school felt it would be fun to do a Christmas theme. I hope you will talk with your dancers about this opportunity and help them realize we are all so blessed with so much that this is a great way for us to give back!

Pancakes and Pajama Christmas Party:
On Saturday, Dec. 15th from 9:30-10:30am in Studio C we invite your dancers to wear their pajamas and come have pancakes with the entire company teams. We will sort the items for our service project and write cards and attach them to our gifts. Remember we are asking every team member to try and donate a pair of Christmas socks or a Christmas book. Please have them drop it off in the donation boxes that will be in the lobby beginning Nov. 12th.  If you would like to volunteer please email me and let me know. Over the next month you will receive email communication from your team moms asking for specific items to be donated for the breakfast.

Winter Recital:
Tuesday, Dec. 18th

Location: Taylorsville High School- 5225 South Redwood Road Taylorsville, Ut. 84123

Check In- 6:00pm    Performance-6:30pm (DOORS WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 6:00PM)

Dancers will check in inside the cafeteria. Once your dancer is dropped off we invite you to the auditorium to be seated. The dressing room can become over crowded when parents linger. It is very important for us to start our show on time. So please do not be late. Please make sure your dancers use the restroom before they are dropped off. Please keep all bags, coats, jackets, or any loose items with you. Dancers will remain with our staff the entire program. Dancers will be excused from the stage by their class following finale. Please be patient! Dancers need to arrive performance ready! (in costume with hair and makeup done). Hair and Makeup instructions will sent out the first week in Dec. If your dancer has a costume change please meet them in the cafeteria following their 1st routine to help them get changed. Our recital should last approximately 1 hour.

Parking Procedure

Enter the east side of the parking lot, circle the building and drop off on the west side, continue to the west entrance to exit the parking lot. If you are dropping off at the back studio the same procedure will be followed. If you are parking please use east side as an entrance. Please do not park on the curb located directly behind the parking stalls.

High Fitness

High Fitness is Tuesday nights from 8:15-9:15pm. Please call to get more information.
