TUITION PAYMENT

All accounts are required to use Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for tuition payment. Tuition will be taken out of your account on the 5 th of every month. Your EFT form with voided check is due at time of registration or credit card authorization form must be provided. If using a credit/debit card a $2.00 fee will be added per transaction. If tuition is not received by the 10 th of every month A LATE FEE of $10.00 will be charged to your account. You may be required to pay your first months tuition by check. All returned EFTs will be charged a $25 fee. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: You MUST read the agreement you sign. Your agreement requires that you put your resignation in writing. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. If you quit in the middle of the month, you will still be charged for the entire month. Any changes to EFT payments must be made 10 days prior to the withdrawal date.

*Additional family members will receive an additional $5 off per dancer per month

*Our tuition is not calculated per month, it is calculated per dance year, August-May. This includes all regular classes, extra practices, dress rehearsal, pictures and performances. Your tuition not only covers class time with your teacher, but all of the extra times your teacher needs to be available for your dancer. Your auto pay will automatically stop after your May payment. All students returning next ear will need a new auto pay for next season.

PERFORMANCES

Each dancer will perform in our Winter Recital (Dec. 2023) and Spring Recital (May 2024). Each dancer will pay a $25 recital fee for Winter Recital and $25 recital fee for Spring Recital. Recital fees are due on October 13 th , 2023 and again on March 15 th , 2024. These fees will be automatically deducted from your account on file.

CLASS PICTURES

Pictures will be scheduled for late spring. Details on pricing will be given at that time. Dancers are not required to purchase pictures. We do ask that you come and participate.

CLASSROOM ATTIRE

Each dancer is asked to wear appropriate dance attire to class with hair pulled out of their face.

Suggested attire:

  • Ballet: Any color leotard and tights. Skirts are optional.
  • Jazz/Ballet: Any color leotard, fitted dance shorts, or fitted dance top. Optional tights or skirts.
  • Jazz/Tumbling: Any color leotard, fitted dance shorts, or fitted dance top. No attached skirts on leotards. If your dancer wears tights we ask that they are footless for this class.
  • Jazz: Any color Leotard, fitted dance shorts, or fitted dance top. Tights are optional.
  • Hip Hop: Athletic shorts or pants, loose fitted top. NO jeans Please.
  • Tumbling: fitted dance shorts, fitted tops, or tumbling unitard.

COSTUMES AND SHOES

-COSTUMES- Each class will have a separate costume. If you participate in more than 1 class, you will need to purchase the costume designated for that class. We do the best we can to keep costume prices down. The prices will range from $75-$80. Tights are provided with your costume when necessary. Costumes will be ordered in October. A costume deposit is required at time of registration ($30). balances are due October 13 th , 2023. Dancers joining us after Winter Recital, costumes will be ordered in February. No refunds will be given on any costume orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shoes – Dancers will be required to purchase their own shoes designated by the instructor. This information is listed on our class schedule.
